Komamura Corporation, the company behind Falcon Eye

Komamura Corporation was established in 1947 and has for more than 60 years been an important player in the international professional camera business.
Komamura Corporation developed and marketed the Horseman Professional Camera product range. First for large format film and later new models with world first technology for digital photography. The first Horseman cameras was developed to the Tokyo police force, and Komamura Corporation has continuously launched new products targeting the police market.

The Horseman cameras has been sold to professional photographers and police forces world wide.

Mr. Tosh Komamura (right) – the president of Komamura Corporation, which started the distribution of Rodenstock lenses in Japan in 1992.

Since 1992 Komamura Corporation was the distributor in Japan for professional brands in the photo and video industry.

Komamura Corporation has now shifted the focus from professional photographic equipment into ultra high sensitivity recording technology, and has amazed the world with the introduction of the new Falcon Eye product range.
